What is GDPR?

The GDPR is a new comprehensive data protection law (in effect May 25, 2018) in the EU that strengthens the protection of personal data in light of rapid technological developments, increased globalization, and more complex international flows of personal data.

Under GDPR, any company that markets products and services to individuals in the EU is affected, even when that company is not located in the EU. This means that GDPR applies to Offerslook customers around the world that work with the personal data of individuals who reside in the European Union.
